Reply OwO Plasti-dip is a rubberized coating that you spray onto foam and metal, you have to warm the can up in warm water for about ten minutes, then you shake it hard, and spray a little bit upside down to clear the nozzle, then you coat the piece until it's shiny, and let it cure for a few hours before painting. And make sure to spray in a well ventilated area with PPE, that stuff produces some VERY nasty fumes.
