what happens after i die?
is there a god?
how can i feel better when thinking about death?
how can i forget my fear of death?
i know that i have a long life ahead of me, but that doesn't stop me from thinking about this stuff. the thought of just fading to black and nothingness for eons hurts. i may be religious (mormons lets goo) but that doesn't mean that i don't still have doubts.
the thought of not having a god or a heaven (or even hell) to go to after death leads to absolute terror for me.
any thoughts?

Reply OwO 5. This is something that a lot of people hate Christians for. Some people think that people will only 'believe' in a god to comfort themselves because 'the end is the end'. I think however that this is far from the truth and that it is unlikely that death is the end.
Whatever you believe in, know this: The God I know is out there wants us to love others that cannot love themselves and forgive people who will never forgive you. Not force religion on our fellow man, but to show them love.

Reply OwO 3. How can you feel better about death? Well you could think of it as the end, or you could think of it as a new beginning.
4. Death can be a scary thing, however there are more important things to happen in your life before then. In the end, only you can decide what you want to do in your life and its up to you wether you choose to dwell on the end or not.

Reply OwO 2. I believe that there is no way that all the incredible animals and plants in the world could have just been an accident, or a mistake created by a big bang. All of these creations on earth must have been made by a sentient and living God. Just look out your window right now, even something so small as a ladybug has an immense amount of detail and thought put into its design. How could that have been an accident?

Reply OwO 1. No-one really knows what happens after you die, there are many plausible explanations that tie into whatever religion you believe in. I personally believe that we can't possibly just fizzle out after we die. I believe that our spirit is not connected to our body and our sense of self and who we are is much bigger than just 'a person'.
