npm run lists all the available programs, not run anything :P
there isn't any software installed, (just portable scripts) and the dependencies that i did install are broken. ima try and reset the workspace lol

I’m pretty sure you type npm then the installed software, unless you have a software called “start” it’s gonna call an error haha
I may be wrong, I don’t use npm in VSC very much XD
