so I'm starting to think of suicide more and more and I can't help it I've started cutting again and I'm drinking more I fucking hate myself i cant live like this I need to change I need to fix it but I don't know how I'm not well please save me from myself help me fix the pain I cant anymore i cant numb my pain like I used to it becoming too much I want to die but I can bring myself to do it
