you need to give yourself rest NOW. if you have a temp of 101*f or higher, call emergency services! make sure to only consume easily digestible foods such as the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast...) along with plausible drinks. (water, broth, pedialyte...)
and do NOT move around too much!
