So... here is the explanation about Lipe's enraged state...
So... the enraged state enables once Lipe gets very annoyed by someone, or when he's feeling weak during a fight, that enraged mode can give him a lot more strenght, speed and agility, its very hard to enable that mode by annoying Lipe because he's very chill, and hardly gets annoyed by something, the easiest way to enable it is by winning against him on a battle (that would make Lipe weak and enable his enraged state)
